Being the youngest & most recently appointed member of the Board of Apostles,
Apostle Keith “Hit the Ground Running”! His passion and desire for the growth of the organization was enhanced by his desire of Building the Men of the COOLJC! Hence the theme “Building Men of Integrity & Destiny”!
Deacon Tannis Vaughn | Director
Deacon Tannis Vaughn is the newly appointed director of the Int. COOLJC Brotherhood Council and has been married to Missionary Marchelle Vaughn for 34 years. They have 2 children; Shannon & Ieasha, & 2 Grandchildren; Akilah & Madison.

Deacon Vaughn has a long history of administration within the Church & the COOLJC. In his youth he served as a Local & Diocesan President in the State of Ohio. He also served as an Int. ABYPU Regional Coordinator (then Region 5 – Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, & Indiana). Finally, concluding with 10 years’ service as an International officer in the ABYPU; 1 term as Sgt. at Arms, & 2 terms as Vice-President.
Elder Graylin Stargell | Gifts & Talents
Elder Graylin Stargell is a product of the Pilgrim Church of Christ in Cleveland, Ohio where he currently serves as assistant pastor under Apostle James A Maye. He serves as a member of the International Board of Presbyters. Locally he serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Pilgrim Church of Christ and secretary/treasurer of the Cleveland Apostolic Ministerial Fellowship. Elder Stargell’s prophetic message of faith and deliverance has been preached all over the country.

To build men of Integrity & Destiny to be better; Fathers, Husbands, & Mentors, in their Churches & Communities.
And to enhance the overall ministerial goals of the Int. COOLJC as an effective productive ministerial unit.

Deacon Marquise Rose
Marquise L. Rose has dedicated years to be the betterment of his community through leadership and engagement. For more than twenty years, Marquise has worked diligently with several nonprofit organizations and church communities. He has volunteered with national organizations such as the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith, Inc. National Association Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), United Pentecostal Churches of the World, and the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Minister Derrick Roberts
Derrick Roberts is a third generation member of the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ. He was born and raised in Jacksonville Florida where he operated in music and youth ministry under the leadership of his grandfather Apostle Dr. Gentle Lee Groover. Derrick is an accomplished saxophonist who gives back to his community by sharing his musical gifts with others and providing music lessons for children. Derrick received his bachelors and masters degrees from the University of South Carolina and is currently studying behavioral psychology. Derrick is the Youth Director at Refuge Temple Columbia where he leads a group of over 60 young people with the assistance of his staff. Derrick attributes all his successes to God who has brought him this far in life.
